Kendallwood Farms is a quiet group of subdivisions in Farmington Hills. Our subdivision is within walking distance to the public library, post office, schools, and parks. We have easy access to I-696 at Orchard Lake Rd. and many excellent options for dining and shopping. The homes in our subdivision is a mix of ranch, split-level, and colonial most of which were built in the late 1950's and 1960's. Our owners take pride in both their homes and the community.

The Kendallwood Farms Homeowners Association Board of Directors is elected each year at the annual Home Owners Association meeting. We are unpaid volunteers that work to make our subdivision better for all of our homeowners. Our duties include maintaining the entrances on 12 Mile Rd. and Farmington Rd., writing and distributing newsletters, planning and hosting social events, and collaborating with local government. Dues are $25.00 per year and payment is required for membership in the Kendallwood Farms Homeowners Association. The Association fiscal year runs from June 1 through May 31. The last increase in dues was in 2004 and dues were made mandatory in 2002, both actions by vote of the Association.
Payments can be made to K.F.H.A. and mailed to our postal box or paid on-line:
P.O. Box 2922
Farmington Hills, MI 48333
A request for dues payment is prepared at the start of each fiscal year and is mailed before September 1 to each property owner. A “second request” is mailed by April 1 to those owners not responding to the first request. It is the property owner’s responsibility to notify the Association of changes in property information.
Records are kept for a minimum of five years and the active treasurer’s record shows dues payments for the most recent five year period and includes the resident and/or property owner’s name, address, telephone number and payment history. Dues records are currently on file back to 2001.
