Dues are $25.00 per year and payment is required for membership in the Kendallwood Farms Homeowners Association.
The fiscal year runs from June 1 through May 31. The last dues increase was in 2004 and dues were made mandatory in 2002, both actions by vote of the Association.

Records are kept for a minimum of five years and the active treasurer’s record shows dues payments for the most recent five year period. Records include resident and/or property owner’s name, address, telephone number and payment history. Dues records are currently on file back to 2001.
